For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, as someone who is offering services at no cost, to S&K through my talent, do hereby irrevocably grant S&K and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, representatives and agents the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, and publish without restriction, in perpetuity and internationally as needed:

• Photographs and other likenesses of me; and
• Audio, video recordings or written details of me.

concerning, associated with, and/or related to S&K related activities (collectively and individually the “Information”) in whole or in part, in any and all present and future media for the purposes of promoting, referencing and/or contributing to S&K and/or its marketing, sales or recruiting and talent acquisition services or for any other lawful purpose.

I hereby irrevocably waive any and all rights, claims and/or interest, if any, which I now have or might later acquire with respect to the Information in relation to the Media, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the Media incorporating the Information. 

I hereby hold harmless, release and discharge S&K from all claims, demands, liability, damages, costs, expenses, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, and causes of action, including without limitation claims for compensation, defamation, and violation of rights of publicity or privacy, which I, or anyone on my behalf, may now have or might later acquire in connection with the use and publication of the Information. 

This Release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, personal representatives and assigns, and shall be governed by, interpreted, enforced and construed under the laws of the State of Montana, U.S.A., without reference to its choice of law principles to the contrary.  The parties’ consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Montana, U.S.A. for any legal action brought in connection with this Release.
